Please read our return policy carefully. Any returned item must be in new condition and be in the original box or packaging including any manuals or accessories where applicable. No refunds or exchanges are allowed for physically damaged and altered items. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 29 days. A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will apply to all returned merchandise.
To return an item contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Merchandise that is defective or does not follow the specifications of what the customer ordered, the customer needs to contact M2Cables within 10 days from the date the merchandise is received to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number to exchange the item. Customer has 15 days to return the item to M2Cables warehouse after the RMA has been issued. Please send returned items via UPS or Fedex and retain your tracking number for your records. After we receive the returned items we will issue a credit to the customer's credit card that should show on their account within 10-15 days. Customer refusal of a shipment does not constitute an RMA for return and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. M2Cables does not accept mechandise without an RMA.
Shipping Charges for Returned Items
M2Cables does not credit the original shipping cost nor pay for the return shipping. M2Cables does not give store credit. If incorrect items were ordered, the customer can return the purchased items that were originally ordered then place another order for the correct items. Shipping charges due to an M2Cables internal error will be refunded.

RMA Process - send an email to customercare@m2cables with your name, order number, date of purchase, and the item(s) to be returned. Please keep the RMA number for your reference. Write the RMA number with the above information (or include a copy of your receipt) and include this inside the package.
Important - Special Orders
Some items are available only as special orders (custom and non-stock). Please note that custom, special orders and non stock items cannot be cancelled or returned once we process your order.
